We do not carry out transactions with anonymous users, we are obliged to do
so by law. In order to fully use the website, it is necessary to complete the PESEL NUMBER field.
If you do not have a PESEL number, when completing your data, please indicate your citizenship and enter your date of birth.

In most banks, setting up a foreign currency account is free. Withdrawals in foreign currency can be made to a private account. It is important that the bill corresponds to the currency being paid. Otherwise, there may be a currency conversion on the part of the bank, on the exchange rate of which we have no influence.
There is no exchange limit at Xkantor.com, you can exchange any amount. Payholding International sp. z o.o sp. komandytowa reports all transactions exceeding the equivalent of EUR 15,000 (converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland) pursuant to the Act on Counteracting Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism. We ensure that personal data is protected in accordance with legal procedures and requirements, is used only for the purpose of carrying out transactions and related to activities required by applicable law.
For integrated banks transfers of all currencies supported by the service take up to 30 minutes on working days.
Transfers made within banks other than partner banks (integrated):
-For PLN – they are carried out within 5-6 hours,
-For EUR – up to one business day,
-For other currencies – USD, GBP, CHF, CZK, NOK, CNY, SEK, DKK, JPY, up to three business days.
Withdrawals of USD, GBP, CHF, CZK, NOK, CNY, SEK, DKK and JPY to another bank are made by transfer with the D+2 funds transfer deadline. It is the cheapest transfer under which funds ordered to be sent on a given business day by e.g. on Monday, they should reach the recipient’s account by the end of the second day after sending, i.e. referring to the example – on Wednesday. Withdrawal of EUR currency to another bank is made by transfer with the D+1 funds transfer date, which means that the transfer made on a given business day should be booked on the next day.
The given posting times apply to transfers made on business days between 8 am and 5 pm.

To close your account, please write a message to firstname.lastname@example.org from the e-mail that is your login to the website, with a request to close your account. The account will be closed within 3 working days, which you will be informed about by e-mail.
